We’re proud to be featured by the North West Business Alliance (NWBA) in their article, “Innovation in Every Fold: Redefining Breastfeeding Support.”
The feature shares the story of Simple Breastfeeding® founder Angela Dion and the inspiration behind the Blissful Bond® Boobie Pillow, an Australian made breastfeeding support created after Angela experienced firsthand the discomfort and strain that can come with breastfeeding.
Unlike traditional nursing pillows that primarily support the baby, the Blissful Bond® Boobie Pillow was designed with mum’s comfort and positioning in mind. The NWBA feature highlights its unique over the shoulder design, which helps keep the pillow in position while gently supporting the breast and giving mum a hand free during feeds.
The article also celebrates Angela’s recognition as a back to back Entrepreneur of the Year in 2024 and 2025, as well as Simple Breastfeeding® receiving two Bronze Stevie® Awards for Women in Business in 2024, recognising achievement in product innovation and new product excellence.
Another important part of the feature is our commitment to Australian manufacturing. The Blissful Bond® Boobie Pillow was designed and developed in Australia, and we continue to work with Australian suppliers as Simple Breastfeeding® grows.

It helps share our mission with more families and shines a light on an Australian innovation created from one mum’s experience, with the goal of making breastfeeding feel more comfortable and supported for other mums.
