We stand behind the Blissful Bond® Boobie Pillow and want every mum to have the best experience possible.
Exchanges — If you'd like to exchange your pillow, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it easy. Received it as a gift? No problem — reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Faulty or damaged items — In the rare case your pillow arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace it. Just get in touch with a photo and we'll sort it straight away.
Change of mind — We're unable to accept returns for change of mind, but if something isn't right, please reach out — we're always happy to help find a solution.
Shipping costs — Return shipping is at the customer's cost. If your item is faulty or damaged, we'll reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs.
Australian Consumer Law — Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
